By train

The PIN entrance is directly in front of the "Prato Porta al Serraglio" train station. Every 20 minutes regional trains depart from the main Florence station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) directed towards Pistoia, Lucca or Viareggio; any of these trains stops in Prato Porta al Serraglio (after about 20 minutes).

By airplane

Busses depart from the Florence airport "Amerigo Vespucci" every 15 minutes directed to the main Prato train station (Prato Centrale).

From there PIN is reachable:

• by foot (10 min)
• by train (2 min)
• by bus - take the LAM red line bus, get off at "Ciardi 1" or "Ciardi 2" bus stop.
